With a background in communication design, Per has over the last 25 years explored how brands can innovate in a way people understand and appreciate. His pioneer work has been featured in Wired, Fast Company, New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, and Forbes. His work on retail was presented on HBO as one of the emerging consumer technology innovations. For the work on new retail solutions, he received the Boldness in Business award from Financial Times.

Ian Savage

Ian has developed multi-format campaigns for influential Beauty & Fashion brands such as heritage houses of Hermes or Conde Naste to the youthful Opening Ceremony, Vice and Refinery 29. His pioneering work has made multiple Conde Naste platforms, Uniqlo NA launches, and influential brands like KITH or Kenzo, succeed worldwide.

Judy Reiter

Judy’s extensive background includes various industries such as Healthcare, eCommerce, MedTech, B2B, and more. She has deep knowledge of Information Architecture, Research, and Strategy.  She is certified in UX Research by the Nielsen Norman Group — world leaders in research-based user experience, as well as by Human Factors International and IDEO U.

Laurent Charlet

After receiving a Master in Architecture from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Switzerland, Laurent fulfilled a lifelong dream and moved to New York City where he launched a career focused on retail architecture. Over the years, he has worked on everything from popup shops to full scale roll outs for large global brands.

Kristian Andreason

Kristian is a Red Dot Design Award winner and have developed projects in architecture, strategic design, visual communication and graphic design. Since 2012, Kristian, together with partner Kristin Leibel, exhibited their design internationally in Stockholm, Milan, London, Paris and Tokyo.

Joe Deutchmann

Over the last 10+ years, Joe has fine-tuned his skills as a copywriter with writing award winning content for direct-to-consumer brands, nonprofits, major corporate entities and startups alike. He's written everything from taglines, headlines, billboards, marketing emails, SMS messages, social media posts, instruction manuals, video scripts to diner menu’s.

Nora Mohamed

Nora holds a bachelors degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design, an associate degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and and Communication Design with a background in Art History. All through the last decade, Nora have worked as a 3D designer for high end beauty brands.
